By TLex Smaller and sleeker - this OMEGA’s new Seamaster Diver 300M Co-Axial Chronograph. It comes with either a black or blue lacquered dial plus a color coded ceramic bezel.
It is the latest addition to the Seamaster collection, paying homage to their dive watch heritage that stretches back over 5 decades to the 1957 Seamaster 300 or 8 decades to 1932 if we are to include the Marine!
The beautifully lacquered dial is with a 30-minute counter at 3 o'clock, a 12-hour counter at 6 o'clock and a small seconds dial at 9 o'clock.
The watch case is in Stainless steel. It measures 41.5mm in diameter and is fitted with a domed scratch-resistant Sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment on both sides. It features an integrated date corrector at 10 o'clock.
Divers features include: a Helium escape valve (10 o’clock), a screw-down crown and caseback, a unidirectional rotational divers bezel with a ceramic inlay with a dive-time scale, a water-resistance of 30bar / 300 meters / 1000 feet and a Stainless steel bracelet with divers clasp.
The watch is powered by the OMEGA Co-Axial caliber 3330 automatic chronograph with a column-wheel mechanism and Co-Axial Escapement for increased precision and stability. Further features include: free sprung-balance equipped with Si14 silicon balance spring and 52hrs of power reserve.
