By TLex Here's a quick preview of something new coming very soon from HELSON! The Spear Diver takes a classic cushion case and combines it with a variation of a dial from a rare Seiko diver from the late 70s to create something unique and special - a kind of negative design if you will that uses lumed square and rectangular shaped frames.
Specifications include: a modestly sized brushed 316L surgical-grade Stainless steel case measuring Ø 41mm x height 12.5mm with an overal length of 47.5mm and a lug distance 20mm. A screwdown crown and cool 'Spear Diver' engraved caseback, a 2.5mm thick double-domed Sapphire crystal with AR-coating on its inside and a water-resistance of 300m/1000ft.
The dial, hands and bezel triangles are coated with Swiss SuperLuminova. The unidirectional rotational divers bezel is a 120 click-type. The Spear Diver is powered by a 24 Jewel Japanese made Miyota 9015 automatic movement. It comes with a 20mm Stainless steel mesh bracelet and a black rubber vintage tropic-style divers strap priced: 599USD (inc.shipping) . . .
