MAURICE LACROIX Pontos S EXTREME

By TLex Maurice Lacroix have previewed a 2nd divers model that will be officially unveiled at Basel this years. The new Pontos S Extreme is based on the popular sports chronograph model that was released in 2012, only this time it has been been re-imagined by the iconic BMW and Aston Martin designer, Henrik Fisker, who has given the watch a new cutting-edge aesthetic.



Powerlite®, an exclusive alloy composed of aluminum, magnesium, titanium, zirconium and ceramics has been used for its case. I haven't read much about the alloy, but no doubt it will be much tougher and and a lot lighter. It looks very good,too. To compliment its ultra-sporty look, ML have used red the anodized chrono-pusher, the inner timing ring, the minute and the stitching on its Kevlar strap.
