By TLex Linde Werdelin have released a sizzling hot version of the Oktopus II Double Date for the Summer Solstice. The new Oktopus II Double Date Titanium Red's dial boasts (for the first time) a Titanium color, used by LW to heighten the finishing and enhance the contrast between the watch's striking red components and the black ceramic bezel - whilst matching its new interchangeable red rubber strap.

Like the original Double Date Series, the Oktopus II Double Date Titanium Red intentionally does away with a traditional unidirectional divers bezel as elapsed dive-time is measured by LW’s proprietary diving instrument, the Reef which was developed for this and all other LW Oktopus divers models. The new watch is Limited to just 88 pieces and is available immediately via LW retail partners around the world.Click to see live images of the new Oktopus II Double Date RED . . .
By TLex OMEGA have released a very sharp looking new Seamaster Diver with sporty red accents on its dial and strap, designed to commemorate the 34th America's Cup and celebrate the brand's partnership with Emirates Team New Zealand.

The ETNZ Limited Edition watch was unveiled at a special event with Omega brand ambassador and Emirates Team New Zealand, skipper, Dean Barker in San Francisco, who will skipper ETNZ's new AC72 boat in the Challenger Series on July 7th.

There's a strong link between sailing and timekeeping that dates back to the days when sailors relied on high-precision marine chronometers for navigation. Today sailors rely on new technologies such as satellite systems to navigate today, but there's no harm in sporting the latest Seamaster for a spot of seafaring!

For under the sea action - professional divers features include: a unidirectional rotational divers bezel with elapsed dive-time, a manual Helium escape valve, a date corrector, Super-LumiNova coating and a water-resistance to 30 bar (300 metres / 1000 feet).

The exclusive chronograph is powered by an Omega Co-Axial calibre 3330, which is coverd by a screwdown caseback, embossed with the ETNZ logo, its limited edition number and the words 'Challenger for the 34th America's Cup' engraved around the outside of the caseback.

Just 2,013 of the Seamaster Diver ETNZ Limited Edition timepieces have been produced. To discover more about the watch and start the regatta countdown follow the link HERE. Click to see live images of the Seamaster 1200M PLOPROF

The Makara Octopus is approximately two weeks away from the pre-order phase. Follow the thread on WUS for updates - it might be worth your while, too because two watches are going to be given away; one in steel and one in bronze!
